Exchange/Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Please note our exchange and refund policy below:

  • No Exchanges or Refunds: We do not accept exchanges or refunds for any items unless we have sent you the wrong item or an incorrect size.
  • Wrong Item or Size: If you receive an item that is not what you ordered, or is incorrect size please contact us within 14 days of receipt. You are required to return the incorrect item to us at your expense before we can ship the correct item to them.
  • Delivery issues: We do not offer refunds or replacements once a package has left the country of origin and successfully arrived in the country of destination as the responsibility will fall on the courier services in charge. In the event, that the package has faced customs issues in the country of origin, we will re-ship your order again. However, if the package fails to clear customs in the country of destination and gets detained, we will not be able to retrieve it, re-ship it, or refund you unfortunately. In the event, that the package has successfully arrived in the country of destination, has cleared the customs and is in the hands of the local courier services of your country, if for any reason the package is not delivered, we are not liable and we shall not offer any kind of compensation, but we strongly recommend contacting us as we might be able to file a claim for some compensation for the misdelivered item(s) if the courier can be held liable and offers an insurance.

Exceptions

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following items:
- Sale or clearance items
- Customized or personalized items
- Intimate or sanitary goods


Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at thedripteamltd@gmail.com. We might be able to get some kind of compensation from the courier in charge by filing a claim for damaged item(s). We will work with you to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
